Bellydance offers a way to connect with your body and move with intention. Through dance you develop a sense of grace that stays with you beyond the studio and shapes the way you hold yourself and experience your body in everyday life. Many women find their body image improves as they come to appreciate their own strength and sensuality through movement. Myth Bellydance classes create a supportive space to connect with other women, and celebrate personal expression together.
With a lifetime steeped in dance, Lilly weaves influences of many styles to evoke Bellydance that is ancient and other-wordly. Her approach melds technique and sensuality, shaped by almost 30 years of global dance study. Her classes are both playful and lush, offering dancers a space to strengthen their skills, soften into flow, and move with pleasure and presence.

Our classes are held on Wednesday evenings in Mitcham.Term 1 2026 commences 4th of February.
In 2026 I am so delighted to be introducing a second series to our Wednesday nights called the Earth Series.
Earth Series
This is a 10 week course where we explore the foundations of bellydance technique. Perfect for people who are new to dance, or more advanced dancers who would like to refine their technique. Earth Series lessons are 45 minutes long, running from 6pm - 6:45.Weave Series
From 6:45 - 8pm (75 minutes) we have the Weave Series in which we will build on our foundations, creating transitions, combinations and choreography. This is a more advanced class than the Earth Series, but all dancers are welcome!Earth Series $139

Prefer to drop in casually? Individual classes are $25 each - and every 5th class is free, so it works out to $100 per 5 classes.
